The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for leading customer engagements and support processes, ensuring clients can hire faster using their innovative AI-driven platform.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first support hire – Frontline for hundreds of new customers/month solving their #1 problem: hiring faster via AI recruiting marketplace
- High-impact ownership – Lead real-time engagement (chat, Slack, email) + pipeline updates; deep product expertise shapes onboarding at startup velocity
- Elite startup traction – Customer-obsessed culture ("We are the customer support team") shipping fast with extreme ownership and unmatched pace
- Deep technical exposure – Work closely with GMs, Strategic Leads; build support processes shaping how AI transforms recruiting
Requirements:
- 3 - 8 yrs of total experience
