Confidential is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive timely, high-quality delivery of strategic business and technology projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing projects across various teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure dependencies, risks, and deliverables are managed effectively
- Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder reviews to drive accountability and progress
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and scope changes; develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed
- Ensure alignment between business goals, technical execution, and operational readiness
- Track project performance against milestones, budgets, and success metrics
- Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership
- Support continuous improvement by refining project management processes, templates, and best practices
Requirements:
- Strong experience in project management within cross-functional, fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, MS Project)
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- 4–8 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager
- Experience in technology, SaaS, data, or digital product-driven organizations
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar project management certification
- Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams
- Comfort working with distributed or remote teams
