Staff Product Manager

OpenLoop Health is a telehealth company co-founded by Dr. Jon Lensing and Christian Williams, aiming to streamline care delivery for virtual support across various specialties. The Staff Product Manager will operate as a senior individual contributor, focusing on client partnerships, product strategy, and cross-functional product initiatives to enhance OpenLoop's offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive product strategy for high-impact, cross-product initiatives aligned with OpenLoop’s business and clinical goals
• Partner directly with clients to understand their goals and translate their needs into clear product requirements
• Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Act as a trusted product advisor to senior leaders across Product, Services, Engineering, and Design teams
• Write clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics

Requirements:

• 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience working directly with customers or clients
• Proven experience serving as the product lead for enterprise or strategic clients
• Demonstrated experience building, communicating, and managing product roadmaps
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to balance client needs with long-term product strategy
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with virtual care, care delivery platforms, or healthcare operations
