OpenLoop is a telehealth company focused on simplifying care delivery for virtual support across various specialties. As a Staff Product Manager, you will define and drive product strategy while partnering with clients to translate their needs into product requirements, ensuring successful delivery of OpenLoop’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive product strategy for high-impact, cross-product initiatives aligned with OpenLoop’s business and clinical goals
- Partner directly with clients to understand their goals and translate their needs into clear product requirements
- Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Act as a trusted product advisor to senior leaders across Product, Services, Engineering, and Design teams
- Write clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience working directly with customers or clients
- Proven experience serving as the product lead for enterprise or strategic clients
- Demonstrated experience building, communicating, and managing product roadmaps
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to balance client needs with long-term product strategy
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with virtual care, care delivery platforms, or healthcare operations
