About this role
Gridvanta PowerTech is seeking a Quality Engineering Intern to assist in supplier quality activities and process improvement. The role involves working with Supplier Quality Engineers to develop reporting processes, manage supplier non-conformities, and monitor key quality metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Work with relevant SQE to work on process and data analytics to develop efficient reporting and process to execute supplier quality activities
- Assist assigned SQE to drive improvement with applicable suppliers
- Assist the Supplier Quality & Purchasing in the management of supplier non-conformities and drive resolution
- Monitor and publish key supplier quality metrics to improve visibility
Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Master's program for Industrial Engineering/Construction Management/Supply Chain or relevant majors with an expected graduation date between December 2026-May 2027
- Project management skills
- Practical experience in data analytic software (Power BI, Spotfire, etc.)
- Qualified candidates must be US persons
- Previous direct/indirect exposures with manufacturing environment
- Some exposure to Quality Management and tools
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (Oracle or SAP)
