Siemens EDA is a part of Siemens Digital Industries Software, and they are seeking a Principal Customer Training Engineer specializing in design verification and emulation. This role involves leading the development and delivery of advanced technical training to enhance customer product knowledge and tool adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver high-quality training across multiple formats: instructor-led (in-person and virtual) and self-paced learning
- Create comprehensive training assets including presentations, videos, labs, and assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional experts to ensure technical accuracy and relevance
- Drive customer success through practical, application-focused learning experiences
- Continuously expand training portfolio to support new tools, features, and methodologies
Requirements:
- US CITIZEN (MUST)
- BSEE or MSEE degree
- 7+ years of experience in IC design verification (verification, applications, product, or training roles)
- Strong knowledge of SystemVerilog, Verilog, VHDL, and UVM methodology
- Proficiency in scripting (Tcl, Python, Linux shell) and strong Linux, C, and C++ skills
- Ability to quickly gain proficiency in emulation technology and deliver related training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
