Sr. Infrastructure SecOps Engineer

POLYWOOD is a company focused on sustainable outdoor furniture and emphasizes the importance of security in its operations. They are seeking a Sr. Infrastructure SecOps Engineer to lead the infrastructure security strategy, ensuring the protection of cloud-native systems and AI technologies while embedding security into the company's culture and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• You will design and lead our infrastructure security strategy, ensuring our cloud-native and enterprise systems are secure, resilient, and aligned with business goals
• You will architect and implement security controls across identity and access management, endpoint protection, network security, and threat detection platforms
• You will lead AI safeguarding initiatives, addressing emerging threats and vulnerabilities unique to AI and machine learning systems
• You will proactively identify risks, strengthen detection capabilities, and lead incident response efforts when required
• You will partner across IT, engineering, and business teams to embed security into workflows, systems, and culture
• You won’t just maintain controls. You will build, evolve, and continuously improve our security program

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in security engineering or infrastructure security
• Deep expertise in cloud-native infrastructure security and associated tools
• Understanding of AI/ML systems and the unique security challenges they present
• Hands-on experience with IAM, endpoint security, network protection, and threat detection platforms
• Built or significantly enhanced security programs in complex environments
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
