Project Manager (Non-IT)

eTeam is a company seeking a Project Manager (Non-IT) to play a key role in maintaining and implementing partnership agreements for Reddit. This role involves strategic leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to manage active partnerships and deal flow, contributing to significant projected revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Support strategic and operational efforts of the Deal Lab
• Collaborate with XFN teams for deal flow associated with partnership agreements
• Support new programs and pricing strategies, thinking strategically about the needs of high-value customers
• Identify barriers to adoption and work with Ad Sales teams to develop strategies and models to overcome them
• Act as a thought partner to the Revenue Growth and Strategy team, contributing to current Deal Lab results and shaping future strategies

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, particularly in a non-IT environment
• Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing partnership agreements
• Proven track record in servicing high-value customers
• Ability to identify barriers to adoption and develop strategies to overcome them
• Experience in contributing to revenue growth and strategy
