FOUND is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the journey from early traction to repeatable growth. The role involves designing and owning the growth engine, focusing on acquisition, activation, and monetization, while creating compelling narratives for a new category.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize a weekly experiment roadmap (landing pages, onboarding, pricing, emails, ads)
- Launch and refine paid campaigns with disciplined budget management
- Establish a strong content cadence and distribution strategy
- Build landing pages and templates that improve onboarding and engagement
- Develop and optimize partner motions and co-marketing initiatives
- Own attribution and reporting, publishing clear growth scorecards
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to improve user activation
Requirements:
- Scaled a developer-focused or B2B technology product from early stage to repeatable growth (PLG or hybrid motion)
- Built and managed multi-channel programs hands-on (paid, content, community, partnerships) and know when to pivot
- Run data-driven experiments end-to-end and iterated product decisions accordingly
- Partnered effectively with technical and product teams to drive adoption
- Communicated clearly and proactively with leadership and customers
- Can code and/or have a computer science degree
- Experience with AI/ML, data infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Familiarity with cloud marketplace and OEM motions
- Ability to craft messaging (ads, emails, landing pages) and manage creative resources
