Siemens is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact strategic projects across their network of factories, focusing on operations transformation and automation.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience leading large-scale, factory/manufacturing related projects, and experience in factory digitalization, logistics, and automation
- 6+ years of experience in consulting or similar strategic/operational roles within a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans with measurable results
- ~35% domestically and internationally
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
- 10+ years of experience in operations transformation, industrial manufacturing, or factory modernization
- Experience in building AI agents, applying machine learning models, and leveraging AI-driven analytics for operational excellence is a plus
- Experience working in engineer-to-order (ETO) or highly customized manufacturing environments
- International and intercultural project experience, and advanced project management skills, ideally with agile experience, e.g., SAFe
- Exposure to manufacturing network design, production transfers, or line setup
- Background in operations consulting or internal consulting environments
- Familiarity with enterprise project management systems, factory planning tools, and data/reporting platforms supporting capacity planning and performance management
