Siemens is a global technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare. They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve the Sub Contractor Market for Electrical Products, responsible for guiding contractors through procurement processes and interfacing with customers to execute complex programs.
Responsibilities:
- Guiding general contractors through procurement processes for electrical equipment
- Understands the GC world and how Electrical Products work within it
- Serve as the escalation point for customers
- Providing skills in reading, understanding, and executing complex contracts & terms
- Supporting Sales on pre bid project on site activities by providing schedules and understanding client delivery milestones
Requirements:
- BS/BA in Engineering, Electrical Construction or Construction Management Field
- 5 plus years of experience working as a Project Manager for an Electrical Subcontractor company or 5 plus years of experience working as a Project Manager with General Contractors focused on MEP
- Experience with the application and concepts of Electrical Equipment
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future
- Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States

- Deep acumen of the construction market processes and vernacular
- Deep acumen of the pre-constructions and construction phases of construction projects
