About this role
JPS Tech Solutions is seeking a Senior AI / ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade machine learning solutions. The role involves working hands-on across the full ML lifecycle, including feature engineering, model development, automated pipelines, deployment, and monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy ML models and automated pipelines for high-impact business use cases
- Manage feature stores and monitor model performance and reliability
- Apply advanced ML techniques, including NLP, entity resolution, and AI agents
- Optimize models and pipelines for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into ML solutions
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- 12+ years in AI/ML, data science, or data engineering
- Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, Databricks, Delta Lake
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong foundation in ML algorithms, statistics, and mathematics
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, CI/CD, and monitoring
- Knowledge of data governance, quality/drift monitoring, and advanced ML techniques
