2026 Leadership Development Program - Engineering

Structavia Consulting Engineers is an HR consultancy firm focused on matching candidates with potential roles. They are seeking interns for their Leadership Development Program in Engineering, where the main responsibilities include analysis of raw materials and maintaining lab supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of raw materials, intermediates and finished products
• Analysis record keeping
• Certificate of analysis generation
• Special testing as requested
• Maintaining lab supplies
• Maintenance and calibration of lab instruments
• Preparation and standardization of lab solutions
• Maintain test methods
• Inspection of raw materials Certificates of analysis

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university in a related field (Chemical Engineering or similar discipline) with graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
• Basic understanding of chemistry and analytical methods used in a laboratory environment
• General chemistry lab experience during academic and internship experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively to all levels of an organization
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent project streams, with a track record of getting things done at a high level of quality
• Excellent critical thinking skills, with an ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team to achieve goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Legal Authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role now or in the future
