Senior Software Engineer (Data Scientist) - Remote)

Keystone Recruitment is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Data Scientist) to collaborate with researchers in building high-quality datasets and evaluating AI-generated code. The role focuses on improving AI-driven coding capabilities at scale through hands-on engineering and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Curate high-quality code examples and build reference solutions in:
• Python
• JavaScript (including ReactJS)
• C/C++
• Java
• Rust
• Go
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and reliability
• Build agents and verification systems to automatically assess code quality
• Hypothesize and evaluate model performance across software engineering lifecycle stages (architecture, API design, implementation, launch, monitoring, maintenance)
• Design automated validation mechanisms for software engineering tasks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to benchmark AI-driven coding solutions against industry standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 2+ years of continuous full-time experience at a leading product-focused technology company
• Strong full-stack development experience with production-grade, scalable systems
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, debugging, and code review processes
• Experience building and deploying modern applications using contemporary tools and frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for structured technical evaluations
