Clio is the global leader in legal AI technology, empowering legal professionals and law firms of every size to work smarter, faster, and more securely. They are seeking a Director of Product, International Markets to lead the success of Clio’s product suite across international markets, focusing on strategy, execution, and partnership. This role involves managing product performance, driving global readiness, and leading a team of Product Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Jointly own the performance, adoption, and growth of Clio’s full product suite across international markets
- Lead product strategy and execution for established regions while enabling scalable expansion into new countries
- Drive global product readiness, including localization, multi-lingual support, regulatory requirements, and market-specific workflows
- Partner closely with Country GMs and cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and balance competing priorities with clarity and diplomacy
- Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, currently four, with plans to scale as the international footprint grows
- Set clear vision and direction while remaining hands-on and engaged in discovery, prioritization, and delivery
- Identify and pitch new opportunities and continuously improve how Clio builds and delivers products for international markets
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading global Saas products across multiple regions and markets
- Demonstrated expertise in localization and multi-lingual product development, which is a core requirement for this role
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing across a matrixed organization
- Experience leading and growing product teams
- Ability to think strategically while remaining detail-oriented and execution-focused
- An entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity
- Experience working across time zones and cultures, with a customer-first approach
