Lead Analytics Engineer

Eventus WholeHealth is a physician-led healthcare services provider focused on improving patient outcomes in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. The Lead Analytics Engineer develops data and analytic tools to enhance healthcare value and reduce costs, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve value-based care goals.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage data infrastructure, utilize data mining, statistical, and machine learning techniques to understand patient populations, care pathways, and the impact of VBC initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, facilities, and health plans to align VBC goals and strategies
• Ensure data integrity to support operational and clinical initiatives
• Analyzes data to identify discrepancies and patterns
• Prepare accurate reports on trends and cost evaluation
• Provides recommendations on ways to improve quality and minimize costs
• Effectively communicate complex findings and recommendations to a diverse audience, including technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise manner
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, healthcare administration, computer science, finance, or a related field
• Previous experience in value-based care programs supporting large physician groups
• Demonstrated proficiency with data analysis tools and software
• Strong understanding of value-based care models, claims and EHR data, HCC RAF, MA Stars, quality and surveys and predictive modeling
• Use of common software and computer/technology
• Strategic thinker who takes initiative through excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership
