Requirements:

Min 5-10+ Years of Experience in PLM role
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience in PLM software implementation, with strong experience in PDM, BOM, and CAD/ERP integration
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in major PLM tools (e.g., Teamcenter, PTC Windchill) and familiarity with CAD, PLM-ERP connectors, and data migration
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to solve, map, and document complex business workflows
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders, lead workshops, and resolve technical issues
