MetroStar is a company dedicated to building exceptional teams and delivering great technology services. As a Sr. Product Manager III, you will serve as the Senior Product Owner for the C2SET ecosystem, ensuring that product vision aligns with operational needs and engineering priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, connecting operational needs to engineering
- Manage portfolio level prioritization
- Align modernization and sustainment
- Coordinate user needs, test results, and exercise feedback into roadmap decisions
Requirements:
- An active Secret security clearance
- 10+ years in product management
- Experience leading product management for Models and Sims systems or simulation systems
- Strong backlog and user story development skills
- Experience coordinating across engineering, test, and PMO
- Experience as an operational SME supporting AFAMS, AFSIM, or Air Force command and control training systems
