GMR Marketing is an Experience Agency focused on creating unforgettable brand stories. They are seeking a motivated project management professional to lead end-to-end project management, ensuring projects stay on time and budget while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll manage key workstreams within complex, multi-workstream programs, supporting planning, estimating, scoping, and execution in close partnership with internal teams and clients. You’ll help keep projects on track financially and operationally by maintaining clear communication, role alignment, and proactive risk awareness. You’ll contribute to improving how we work by identifying process opportunities, sharing learnings, and supporting best practices across teams
- You’ll support budget tracking and financial reporting by monitoring estimates, flagging variances, and communicating financial check-ins or updates to collaborative partners
- You’ll support projects through planning, resourcing, and execution, helping keep timelines, scopes, and budgets on track. This includes assisting with estimates and SOWs using input from subject matter experts, managing day-to-day workflows and change requests, and flagging risks or roadblocks as they arise. Your ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day details will help shape clear roadmaps and deliver successful outcomes
- You’ll work closely with project teams and cross-functional partners, helping keep work organized, on track, and aligned with goals. You’ll support colleagues by sharing knowledge, offering guidance when needed, and contributing to a positive, collaborative environment. You are eager to learn, open to new ideas, and help ensure your team and partners have the tools and support they need to succeed
