• Comfort working with leaders across varied time zones especially those aligned with the eastern United States
• A bachelor degree in human resources or a related area is preferred although extensive relevant experience will also be considered
• Experience in enterprise level talent development or talent management
• Previous partnership experience supporting business leaders
• Consulting exposure within professional services environments
• Familiarity with global organizations and matrixed structures
• Strong presence and credibility with senior stakeholders
