Data Engineer

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions. They are seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize their enterprise data warehouse and data infrastructure while developing scalable data pipelines and ensuring data quality.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the enterprise data warehouse and data infrastructure supporting multiple locations
• Develops scalable data pipelines, integrates disparate systems and APIs, ensures data quality and standardization, and automates reporting for stakeholders
• Evaluates and implements data architecture solutions, including optimization or alternatives to the current AWS environment, and partners cross-functionally to deliver reliable insights and enterprise technology enablement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Experience architecting and building scalable data warehouse solutions
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, data warehousing, automation)
• Experience integrating multiple data sources and APIs (REST preferred)
• Strong data quality, validation, and standardization expertise
• Experience building automated data pipelines and reporting workflows
• Experience with reporting tools and automated report delivery
• Ability to evaluate and implement scalable data architecture solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to take ownership in a growth-stage environment
• Experience building data infrastructure from the ground up
• Experience working with disparate systems across multiple locations
• Strong communication skills translating data into business insights
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Strategic thinker with desire to grow and scale systems
