Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Sr Cyber Security Analyst to create cyber-intelligence solutions that prevent attacks on company systems. The role involves managing systems life cycles, enhancing Directory Services platforms, and supporting IT policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with coordinating with various technology infrastructure teams for infrastructure projects
- Managing systems life cycle and evaluating existing solutions for optimization or enhancements
- Maintains and assist in enhancing the company's Directory Services platforms and associated operating systems and services
- Works with the team members responsible for the architecture, design and development of systems supporting LDAP servers
- Assist with managing multiple scripting languages such as BASH, KSH, Perl, PHP and Pyton
- Manage, maintain and document Active Directory integrations using LDAP, Global Catalog, and Kerberos as directed
- Assist in maintaining an upgrade path of all infrastructure services related to and contained in the Active Directory infrastructure as directed
- Maintain and ensure service-level and availability of Directory infrastructure
- Develop automated solutions using scripts and cloud based server-less computing platforms (Powershell, ADSI, Python, WSUS, SCCM, etc
- Various active directory services experience such as DoD PKI certificates, replication, Lightweight Directory Services, ADAM, Active Directory Certificate Services
- Ability to write other non-templated documentation as needed to support tasks like: process and procedures documents for operational support, lessons learned, diagrams, systems administration guidelines, systems set-up documentation, hardware integration test plans and results
Requirements:
- Sound working knowledge of Unix and Linux operating systems
- Familiar with identity management and federated identity concepts
- Protocol-level expertise with Internet, LDAP, Kerberos and load balancing technology
- Technical knowledge around multiple LDAP environments to large enterprise
- Working knowledge of Oracle DS technologies
- Working knowledge around the key facets of security for LDAP services
- Familiarity with TLS (SSL) certificates
- Support implementation of industry standard directory technology for Linux authentication and authorization
- Basic understanding of .Net web services and Microsoft Visual Studio
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related degree, and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
- Minimum Experience: Four (4) years of experience in IT information security

- General knowledge of the latest versions of Windows OS and Active Directory and Oracle Unify Directory (Key Directory Concepts Such As)

- This person will support the adoption and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Two (2) years of experience in IT information security
