Revenue Cycle Project Manager (Cerner/Oracle Health)

SPECTRAFOR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate IT initiatives within the healthcare domain. This role involves managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and managed service partners.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all phases of project activities
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring alignment with goals and timelines
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, decisions, and action items to stakeholders
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources, risks, and issues
• Forecast and track project financials
• Facilitate virtual project meetings and ensure effective collaboration across teams
• Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal departments, and service partners

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in Healthcare IT
• Hands-on experience with Revenue Cycle solutions, such as front-end revenue cycle (registration & scheduling)
• Strong understanding of project tracking and escalation processes
• ServiceNow as PPM or Project Management tool - Required
• PMI or PMP certification required
• Bachelor's degree required
• Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
