The Accounts Receivable / Customer Service Analyst role involves leading resolution of customer account issues and analyzing accounts receivable to improve collections and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end customer issue resolution management and analysis
- Research and analyze customer payments, delinquencies, and creditworthiness to identify root causes and implement preventative action plans
- Perform independent collection activities on past-due accounts within defined credit policies and procedures via phone, email, and written communication
- Review open accounts receivable balances and investigate underlying causes of delinquency
- Partner with sales teams and internal stakeholders to resolve customer disputes and delinquent accounts
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer payment behaviors to develop effective resolution strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution processing and detailed reporting
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong credibility and trust with customers through effective communication and service excellence
