EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. They are looking for a product manager to lead the development of AI orchestration products that enhance legal workflows and improve outcomes for personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
- You'll be the hands-on builder for one of our key AI orchestration products & platforms below — the connective tissue that makes our AI tools intelligent, proactive, and increasingly autonomous:
- Define, extract, and act on what matters. Build the system that lets firms teach our AI what to look for, then automatically run that intelligence across every case, every document—eliminating repetitive review and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Create workflows that don't just follow instructions—they analyze case data, make decisions about when to act, and automatically route cases toward faster resolution and higher settlements. Turn institutional knowledge into executable logic that survives turnover and scales with volume
- Build knowledge graphs, context injection systems, and dynamic prompting that give our AI deep understanding of case history, firm preferences, and legal nuances—so every AI action is informed, personalized, and trustworthy
- Own the eval framework, prompt iteration systems, and quality feedback loops that make our AI not just powerful, but reliable and continuously improving
- You'll set the vision, define the strategy, and own the roadmap as we evolve from today's smart tools into tomorrow's autonomous agents in personal injury
Requirements:
- 4-8+ years in product management ideally with AI/ML products, workflow automation, or B2B SaaS
- Deep curiosity about agentic systems – you're already thinking about multi-agent architectures, tool-use, chain-of-thought, and how AI systems make decisions
- Ruthless prioritization – you know how to ship fast, iterate faster, and make hard trade-offs in resource-constrained environments
- Technical fluency – you can work directly with AI engineers, debate prompt engineering strategies, understand eval metrics, and dive into system architecture
- Startup DNA – scrappy, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, energized (not exhausted) by rapid change
- Experience building workflow automation, orchestration platforms, or developer tools
- Prior exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or agent frameworks
- Track record of 0→1 product development in fast-moving environments
- Obsessed with staying on the bleeding edge – you're reading papers, testing new models, experimenting with agent frameworks
- Legal tech or document-heavy domain experience is a bonus (but not required)
