Auto Glass Now is the second largest auto glass repairer in America, known for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They are seeking a Sales Account Manager to develop and maintain connections with key decision-makers at customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serving accounts and visiting clients throughout a designated territory
- Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities
- Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising its profile with customers
- Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
- May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Ability to prioritize time and resources to achieve metrics and complete task
- Multi-task, prioritize, organize and coordinate projects to meet simultaneous deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1+ years of auto glass or collision experience
- Experience working with insurance carriers
