Billtrust is a B2B order-to-cash software and digital payments market leader that helps companies control costs and accelerate cash flow. They are seeking a Sales Executive to lead sales efforts for their Enterprise team, focusing on identifying and closing new logo customers for their cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations that convey the value proposition of our solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations
- Collaborate with the pre-sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that address client requirements
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales Ops to manage leads and drive deal flow
- Provide feedback to Product, Professional Services, and other teams for process and product improvements
Requirements:
- Proven success in selling software to VP and C-Level and exceeding quota
- Selling Software-as-a-Service experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand an enterprise solution and manage a complex sales cycle, with deal sizes over $150K in ARR
- An understanding of a multi-stakeholder sales environment that involves multiple products and departments
- Solid experience with various sales methodologies, such as Solution Selling, Sandler, or Miller Heiman
- Strong presentation skills, both in-person and on-line via webinar
- Attentiveness to details and advanced listening skills
- Continuous learner, technical curiosity, and an interest in the payments/AR ecosystem
- Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, and work well within a distributed, team-oriented environment
- Ability to leverage Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools
- Comfortable with up to 15% travel
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Payments, AR, AP, ERP and/or FinTech experience nice-to-have
