SAP Business Support Analyst

Basic Resources, Inc. is seeking an SAP Business Support Analyst to provide application support for business users in SAP Master Data and Procure to Pay (P2P/MM). The role involves analyzing user incidents, participating in project lifecycle phases, and ensuring business process designs align with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze incidents raised by users as tickets and/or any other support channel. Perform root cause analysis and investigate solutions. Inform users regarding resolution
• Participate in all project lifecycle phases (Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Support) for IT initiatives
• Work with business process owners to ensure business process design and supporting SAP configuration and developments are in line with the business needs
• Participate in testing activities of configuration changes and new development including creating test scenarios, executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Support developers during the development process to ensure cohesive functional and technical design
• Provide post go-live Production Support to business users after release of configuration change and enhancements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of combined business experience in SAP Materials Management/Procure to Pay, and Logistics
• 3 years' experience in SAP Materials Management including Master Data, Pricing Conditions and Schema, Purchase Info Records Purchase Orders, Inbound Deliveries, Shipments, Inventory and Warehouse Management
• Experience working with IS: Retail, Apparel Footwear Solution (AFS) or Fashion Management Solution (FMS), experience with S/4 is a plus
• Experience in logistics and warehousing processes of SAP is a plus
• High level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
• Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
• Experience working with third-party systems integrated with SAP
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field required
