The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate supplier transition activities for their Global Capability Center. The role involves ensuring a seamless migration of services, compliance with contractual obligations, and alignment with organizational timelines and governance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed transition plans for supplier offboarding and onboarding
- Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for supplier transition projects
- Ensure adherence to GCC operating model and governance frameworks
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (IT, Procurement, HR, Finance) and external suppliers
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to leadership
- Identify transition risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data security standards, and contractual obligations
- Maintain transition documentation including RACI matrices, SOPs, and knowledge transfer plans
- Track KPIs such as transition completion rate, SLA adherence, and cost savings
- Coordinate knowledge transfer sessions from outgoing suppliers to GCC teams
- Validate readiness of GCC teams for operational takeover
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 7+ years in project management with at least 3 years in supplier transition or outsourcing projects
- Familiarity with ITSM tools, contract management systems, and GCC operating models
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
