The Program Manager & Business Analyst Lead, Commercial Launch Readiness is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of global commercial launch activities, ensuring successful market introduction of new offerings through effective program management and business analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive global commercial launch strategies aligned to business goals and market needs
- Lead cross-functional teams including Product Management, Services, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure coordinated launch execution
- Drive go-to-market plans including positioning, messaging, and channel strategies across regional and global markets
- Establish and maintain launch readiness processes including risk management, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor market trends and refine launch strategies to maximize impact
- Define KPIs to measure launch success and conduct post-launch reviews to drive continuous improvement
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable launch readiness plans
- Analyze and document current-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Enhance workflows, systems, and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness
- Develop standardized templates, playbooks, and documentation to support consistent global launch execution
- Provide program reporting including progress updates, risk analyses, and executive-ready dashboards
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize program execution and supporting business processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in global commercial launch, program management, or business analysis roles
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional global launch programs
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and process optimization
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across global stakeholders and executive audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Experience building executive-level reporting and dashboards
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, global, multi-priority environments
- Experience leading complex SaaS or technology product launches globally
- Demonstrated success driving measurable commercial impact from launch initiatives
- Strong operational mindset with proven ability to scale processes across regions
- Experience embedding continuous improvement frameworks into launch governance
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
