They are seeking a Sr. Director Product Manager – Pharmacy Lead to oversee the strategic leadership and management of their Pharmacy product portfolio, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- This role is expected to have direct report responsibilities
- Partner with the Pharmacy Segment Led to identify the most important problems to be solved and the impact on the business
- Manage the Colibri Pharmacy portfolio, including ongoing product strategy, annual product/platform/content planning, customer insights and needs, and associated requirements for new features, offerings, and experiences
- Develop key Pharmacy growth strategies including bridging our technician suite that includes pre- and post-licensure support (beyond continuing education)
- Evaluate extending reach upstream with new instructor and student Technician University B2B offerings
- Partner with B2B enterprise strategy teams to develop new pharmacy B2B offerings
- Partner with Membership and CE teams to develop content and offering strategies for Pharmacist and Technician Membership
- Partner with technology business partners and other product leaders to prioritize product needs for the pharmacy portfolio, including a cohesive user experience strategies
- Work closely with the content team to prioritize content development and build an annual content roadmap (courses, formats, and other content)
- Determine topic themes and strategy for conferences, membership, CE offerings, and a portfolio of webinars, podcasts, and other content obligations
- Accountability to track, report, and drive key product performance metrics across product, marketing, sales, and support teams
- Analyze various product inputs, customer requirements, designing solution architectures and developing the business case for new product development
- Understand and interpret business requirements in tandem with the product technology team to create use-cases and user interface wireframes, and to determine internal and external system requirements
- Organize market research including analyzing customer segments, reviewing industry research reports, and assessing strengths and weaknesses of competitors
- Study Pharmacy and Technician industry standards and staying up-to-date on industry changes and compliance issues
- Innovation & Growth: Drive innovation within the product line, identifying emerging trends in professional education, learning technologies, and modern social platforms to shape the future of the product offerings
- Gather inspiration and ideas by visiting/contacting customers regularly and reviewing software and other products that solve similar problems in other domains
- Collect direct customer feedback by organizing user tests, studying customer support incidents, administering user surveys, and visiting customers to study product interaction in their natural environment
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, technology, content development, and customer support to bring together divergent ideas and convince various stakeholders to rally behind a single product vision
- Work with our VP of Product to manage the product roadmap, maintaining the feature backlog, and coordinating releases
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a leadership role within the Pharmacy education or learning industry
- Knowledge of common product management models, project management tools, and analytics
- You can break complex long-term projects into a stepped phase approach
- You prioritize execution and know how to get the job done
- Business acumen with the ability to manage P&L and drive profitability while balancing product innovation
- Financial acumen to create and evaluate financial models for existing and new business opportunities
- Leverage of social platforms for community management and extended engagement
- Realtime experience on a team that has designed and built customer-facing products – preferably in the continuing education space
- Developing and maintaining a product roadmap of prioritized customer benefits
- Attention to detail; extraordinary eye for usability and the customer experience
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to succinctly convey complex ideas through the written word
- Great people skills; empowering others, able to facilitate, negotiate and persuade stakeholders

- Proven track record of developing and managing large, complex product portfolios with demonstrated financial success
- Deep understanding of the professional learning landscape, including trends in certifications, instructional design, and digital education platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with senior stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to innovation and product development
