Tradeify is a fast-growing fintech company focused on empowering traders through access to capital and modern trading tools. As a Growth Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design projects across the trading platform and marketing properties, driving measurable business outcomes by improving the user experience for over 50,000 traders.
Responsibilities:
- Design and ship product features and high-converting landing pages that drive growth
- Own your process end-to-end: from problem definition to testing and iterating
- Own core parts of our trading dashboard, journal, and web application, improving usability and driving key metrics like repeat purchase rate, activation, retention, and feature adoption
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketers to define problems and requirements, create hypotheses, test solutions, and ship quality work quickly
- Use data and user research to inform design decisions, validate assumptions, test prototypes and measure impact
- Elevate our brand and visual design quality while maintaining focus on business outcomes and user needs
- Create design artifacts that communicate intent clearly—from quick wireframes to polished, production-ready UI
- Help establish design standards and patterns as we build the foundation for our design system
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of UX / product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work that drove business results (product features or landing pages)
- Strong product and design thinking skills—you can articulate how your designs solved user problems and impacted metrics like conversion, retention, or engagement
- Excellent UI execution abilities with keen attention to visual polish, typography, spacing, and interaction details
- Experience designing for complex web applications, particularly dashboards, data visualization, or financial products
- Thrive working independently in dynamic environments
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Understanding of web technologies and what's technically feasible
- Data-informed mindset—comfortable working with analytics tools and using quantitative data to guide decisions
- Ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders at all levels
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly, but your impact can be felt by the whole company

- Animation / interaction experience with platforms like Jitter / LottieFiles
- Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or financial services products
- Experience collaborating with marketing teams on growth and conversion optimization
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies and comfort conducting user interviews or usability testing
- Background in analytics tools like Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Understanding of esports aesthetics or gaming-to-trading positioning
- Experience contributing to or building design systems from the ground up
