Sr. Product Designer (Contract - Remote / Los Angeles, CA preferred)

Everlywell is a digital health company pioneering biomarker intelligence with AI-powered technology. They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to create intuitive and scalable web experiences, develop design systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Designing web experiences that are intuitive, conversion-focused, and built to scale across our growing product portfolio
• Building and documenting Figma components and patterns that bring our refreshed brand to life
• Delivering polished UI, interactive prototypes, and production-ready specs that set the bar for quality
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and brand to shape solutions and ship work that moves the needle
• Conducting usability tests, synthesizing feedback, and iterating designs based on real user behavior

Requirements:

• 6+ years designing for web and mobile, with an inspiring portfolio that shows thoughtful design and a passion for craft
• Visual design depth. You sweat the details on typography, color, spacing, and motion
• Design systems experience. You've contributed to and worked within Figma component libraries
• Prototyping skills. Proficiency in Figma and other platforms to bring ideas to life
• Clear communication. You can present work, give and receive feedback, and collaborate across functions
• Growth mindset, low-ego, and a sense of humor
• Healthcare or healthtech experience
• E-commerce or conversion-focused design background
• Motion design and video skills
• Experience in rapidly scaling startups
