About this role
Alignerr partners with leading AI research teams to build and train cutting-edge AI models. They are seeking a Python Developer to review and evaluate AI-generated Python code, solve complex algorithmic challenges, and provide explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate AI-generated Python code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to best practices
- Solve complex algorithmic challenges and develop high-quality Python solutions
- Provide clear, human-readable explanations for code logic and problem-solving strategies
- Identify and flag edge cases, bugs, or ambiguities in AI responses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or better in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Deep expertise in Python, including modern frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI) and advanced language features
- 3-5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code
- Exceptional written communication skills to explain abstract technical concepts
- Prior experience with data annotation, RLHF, or evaluation systems
