Epic Willow Ambulatory Implementation Project Manager

Mediant Health Resources is a company focused on healthcare solutions, and they are seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Implementation Project Manager. The role involves leading the implementation of Epic Willow, managing workflows, and ensuring alignment with operational processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a specialty pharmacy Epic Willow Ambulatory implementation, coordinating build, testing, and go-live activities
• Manage Epic Compass Rose workflows supporting specialty pharmacy operations and care coordination
• Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to align Epic configuration with operational workflows
• Own project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication through go-live
• Support integrated testing, UAT, and deployment readiness
• Epic Willow Ambulatory and Compass Rose experience required
