Epic Willow Ambulatory Implementation Project Manager

Mediant Health Resources is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Implementation Project Manager to lead a specialty pharmacy implementation. This role involves coordinating build, testing, and go-live activities while partnering with various teams to ensure alignment of Epic configuration with operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a specialty pharmacy Epic Willow Ambulatory implementation, coordinating build, testing, and go-live activities
• Manage Epic Compass Rose workflows supporting specialty pharmacy operations and care coordination
• Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to align Epic configuration with operational workflows
• Own project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication through go-live
• Support integrated testing, UAT, and deployment readiness

Requirements:

• Epic Willow Ambulatory experience required
• Compass Rose experience required
• Lead a specialty pharmacy Epic Willow Ambulatory implementation, coordinating build, testing, and go-live activities
