Abnormal AI is seeking a strategic and experienced Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the global marketing and campaign strategy for their Enterprise segment. This role involves developing marketing plans and owning the Tier 1 Enterprise campaign while collaborating with various teams to drive enterprise pipeline and revenue impact.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Tier 1 Enterprise campaign, setting strategy, messaging, and execution across all channels with end-to-end accountability for execution, optimization, and pipeline impact
- Lead global integrated marketing efforts for the Enterprise segment, serving as the subject-matter expert on enterprise buyer behavior, personas, verticals, and engagement strategy
- Develop bottoms-up enterprise marketing plans aligned to revenue goals, regional priorities, and account segmentation
- Drive full-funnel enterprise programs by aligning and collaborating with Field Marketing, Channel Marketing, Events, Digital, SDR, and Sales teams
- Craft compelling, persona-based messaging that resonates with CISO and executive buyers, decision-makers within complex enterprise buying committees
- Lead regular funnel and pipeline reviews to uncover insights, identify gaps, and optimize performance across the enterprise motion
- Ensure a unified, high-impact enterprise experience across all touchpoints and channels
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and influence on enterprise pipeline and revenue
Requirements:
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Proven success running integrated, global campaigns for Enterprise segments
- Demonstrated ability to partner closely with Enterprise sales leadership and influence pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong full-funnel expertise
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
