As a Sr. Marketing Systems Manager, you will manage high-impact marketing projects, optimize workflows, and ensure the integration of marketing technology systems to support the company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing technology architecture across our marketing automation platform (Hubspot), marketing tools, CRM (Salesforce), to ensure scalable, integrated, and high-performing systems that support marketing objectives
- Design, optimize, and automate end-to-end marketing workflows, including lead routing, scoring, nurturing, campaign orchestration, and cross-channel data flows to maximize efficiency and pipeline impact
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance personalization, predictive insights, and operational efficiency across marketing campaigns and outreach
- Champion data quality, governance, and process documentation to ensure marketing systems provide reliable insights for decision-making and executive reporting
Requirements:
- Deep experience designing, managing, and optimizing complex marketing tech stacks in fast-growing B2B tech environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing system design into measurable business impact, defining KPIs, optimizing processes, and driving pipeline and ROI outcomes
- Expertise in mapping end-to-end marketing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and building automated, scalable processes that enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness
- Enthusiastic about leveraging AI-powered tools to improve targeting, personalization and operational efficiency
- Skilled at aligning marketing, sales, and analytics teams through system design, mentoring junior team members, and translating technical complexity into actionable insights
