Workday Business Systems Analyst

Addepar is a global data and AI platform empowering investment professionals to turn complex financial information into actionable intelligence. The Business Systems Analyst will focus on designing, configuring, and validating People Tech solutions, primarily using the Workday platform, while collaborating with stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Configure Workday to meet clear business requirements and recommend improvements to existing processes
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business needs
• Develop and maintain user documentation, including process maps, configuration notes, test plans, and user guides
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and drive problem resolution for supported systems
• Build and deliver actionable reports and dashboards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of Workday Core HCM experience covering Compensation, Security, Business Processes, Reporting, and Dashboards
• Advanced Compensation experience is required
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, user ready documentation quickly
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Benefits or Absence experience is a plus
