Microsoft is focused on delivering various platform services to global AI customers, and they are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive AI Deployment Acceleration across complex environments. The role involves owning and orchestrating end-to-end technical programs that enhance the delivery of AI compute, platforms, and services.
Responsibilities:
- Owns end-to-end cloud data center supply strategy and execution, ensuring capacity availability, scalability, and delivery readiness aligned to cloud and AI demand (CPU/GPU). Operates independently across highly complex, cross-organizational initiatives, translating demand signals into executable supply and infrastructure plans
- Define strategy and success by setting program goals, OKRs/KPIs, and prioritized deliverables for multi-product cloud supply planning programs. Translate demand forecasts and business requirements into integrated, future-proof supply solutions in partnership with engineering, construction, operations, and finance. Proactively identify risks, evaluate tradeoffs, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Own end-to-end execution of cloud data center supply planning programs aligned to cloud and AI workload demand (CPU/GPU). Independently scope initiatives, structure workstreams, define milestones and critical paths, and drive execution across highly complex, cross-organizational environments
- Drive execution rigor and alignment by running structured programs and execution reviews, establishing clear operating rhythms, and enforcing accountability. Communicate status, risks, gaps, tradeoffs, and required decisions with clarity to executive stakeholders, serving as the primary execution liaison between technical teams and business leaders
- Partner across engineering and the ecosystem to align technical requirements, designs, and standards with supply planning and delivery timelines. Coordinate cross-org execution to resolve blockers, ensure delivery readiness, and reliably support business growth targets. Lead strategic workshops to align on assumptions, scenarios, and execution plans
- Measure and improve performance by monitoring telemetry, KPIs, and AI-driven insights to assess program health and outcomes. Form hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate to improve time-to-market, reliability, scalability, and ROI. Share best practices and raise execution maturity across teams
- Build durable planning capabilities by owning core supply planning artifacts (execution plans, roadmaps, status reporting, leadership updates). Drive simplification, standardization, and automation of planning processes to improve predictability, agility, and execution velocity, fostering strong long-term internal and external partnerships
