Connecticut Innovations is Connecticut’s strategic venture capital arm, passionate about serving a diverse portfolio of companies. They are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide support related to Arccos Golf's innovative products.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and other avenues
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions
- Deliver accurate and complete information to customers
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Software Teams to escalate technical issues
- Address customer concerns with professionalism and composure
- Support additional tasks as needed in a dynamic, startup environment
Requirements:
- Passionate golfer with a strong knowledge of the game
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
- Previous experience in customer service or support
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
