Product Manager (Technical / People Leader)

Selene Finance LP is a company specializing in innovative loan resolution strategies for distressed mortgage investment portfolios. They are seeking a Product Manager (Technical / People Leader) to oversee product strategies, manage product lifecycle stages, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Owns delivery and leadership for a product pod-driving execution, managing people, and communicating effectively with executives
• Strong technical understanding (very comfortable "in the weeds")
• Deep partnership with developers, QA, and BSAS
• Solid grasp of SDLC, delivery flow, and prioritization
• Comfortable presenting to executives and senior leaders
• Confident leading large discussions and decisions
• Acts as the leader of a cross-functional pod
• Direct people manager (BSA)
• Dotted-line leadership over devs and QA
• Owns delivery, momentum, and accountability

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product management
• Strong technical understanding (very comfortable 'in the weeds')
• Deep partnership with developers, QA, and BSAs
• Solid grasp of SDLC, delivery flow, and prioritization
• Comfortable presenting to executives and senior leaders
• Confident leading large discussions and decisions
• Acts as the leader of a cross-functional pod
• Direct people manager (BSA)
• Dotted-line leadership over devs and QA
• Owns delivery, momentum, and accountability
• Experience in the mortgage servicing domain
