They are seeking a Business Development Manager to develop and grow Process Filtration through strategic planning and collaboration with various business lines. The role involves direct sales, developing a network of dealers, and preparing market analysis reports.
Responsibilities:
- Direct sales to medium-large size accounts
- Indirect sales via distributors to small-medium size accounts
- Develop and support a network of dealers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree – Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Entrepreneurial and dynamic person with good interaction and communication skills
- Experience ( > 10 years) in sales, proven track record
- Experience (> 10 years) in Process Filtration (liquid- and gas) in F&B, Pharma, and Industrial sectors
- Willingness to travel ~50% within the territory
