They are hiring a Director of Platform Engineering to lead infrastructure, DevOps, and platform tooling, ensuring systems are fast, reliable, and scalable while maintaining security and cost discipline.
Responsibilities:
- Own the systems that keep our product fast, reliable, and scalable
- Lead infrastructure, DevOps, and platform tooling
- Enable engineering teams to ship quickly while maintaining strong reliability, security, and cost discipline
- Manage cloud architecture, IaC, environments, and scalability
- Ensure SLAs/SLOs, observability, incident response, and uptime
- Oversee security and compliance including access, secrets, and SOC 2 readiness
- Provide technical support function, escalation, incident triage, and address customer-impacting issues
Requirements:
- 8+ years in infrastructure / DevOps / platform engineering
- Experience leading high-performing platform and SRE teams
- Strong cloud experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and production operations
- Experience with IaC, containers, CI/CD, and observability
