Product Manager, Platform and Care Operations

Headlight is a company transforming mental healthcare, focusing on improving access and delivery of care. As a Product Manager, you will own the internal systems that power the business, ensuring seamless operations from referral to billing while fostering innovation and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Billing Administration and Referral Management
• Lead ongoing discovery sessions with our clinical and ops teams to validate the viability and desirability of every feature before it hits the roadmap
• Manage the APIs that sync patient data between our portal, internal systems, and external partners like Primary Care Physicians (PCPs)
• Identify where AI agents can automate high-volume, nuanced tasks within billing and referral workflows
• Ship with precision while navigating the constraints of a fully operating clinical practice

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of PM/PO experience, specifically owning Internal Tools, Fintech/Billing, or HealthTech platforms
• A proven track record of managing a backlog and moving features through the full SDLC in an agile environment
• Familiarity with REST APIs, and system integrations
• Familiarity with operations-heavy businesses where software must interact with real-world clinical or financial workflows
