Intermedia Intelligent Communications is a leading provider of cloud communications and collaboration technology. They are seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing growth through channel partners by developing and executing go-to-market strategies and co-marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with channel partners to drive awareness, pipeline, and customer growth
- Design and deliver co-marketing campaigns — digital, events, webinars, and partner-led initiatives — using MDF and joint planning
- Collaborate with channel sales and partner success to enable partners through messaging, tools, and content that accelerate deal velocity
- Plan and manage regional and partner events, ensuring alignment with sales goals and measurable ROI
- Track and report on marketing performance and ROI, providing insights to optimize future programs
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including channel or partner marketing with Service Providers, MSPs, or Telecom partners
- Strong understanding of indirect sales models and channel partner go-to-market dynamics
- Proven success building and executing joint marketing plans that drive partner-led revenue
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and project leadership skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Business Intelligence reporting, and marketing analytics tools
- Experience in cloud communications (UCaaS/CCaaS)
