Trintech is hiring a Senior Director of Product Marketing to define, own, and drive how the company shows up in the market as the leader in AI Financial Close. This role involves aligning various teams around a coherent Go-To-Market strategy and building differentiated positioning that resonates with key financial leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the market narrative for AI Financial Close, evolving Trintech's positioning into a modern, platform-based story anchored in automation, intelligence, trust, and scale
- Define and continuously refine Trintech's platform messaging, ensuring clarity across products, personas, and industries-especially financial services
- Act as the internal authority on how Trintech competes, wins, and leads its category
- Create and execute the global Go-To-Market strategy across Trintech's platform and solution portfolio
- Drive alignment across Product, Sales, Marketing, Presales, Partners, and Customer Success – no silos, no mixed messages
- Ensure product launches, campaigns, enablement, and field execution reflect a single, disciplined GTM strategy
- Build differentiated positioning and value propositions that resonate with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Transformation leaders, as well as Trintech partner ecosystem
- Own the messaging framework that powers branding narrative, demand generation, sales execution, analyst relations, and thought leadership
- Raise the bar on how Trintech communicates value-internally and externally, particularly using AI in the oCFO
- Own competitive strategy: differentiation, battlecards, win/loss insights, and market intelligence
- Partner closely with industry analysts (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, QKS, etc) to shape how Trintech is positioned and evaluated in the market
- Anticipate market shifts and pressure-test product and GTM strategy before the market forces the issue
- Serve as the executive voice of the customer within Product Marketing
- Equip Sales and Presales teams with clear stories, proof points, and confidence to win complex deals
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Product Marketing organization
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Product Marketing within enterprise SaaS
- Proven ownership of Go-To-Market strategy creation and execution at scale
- Deep experience in financial services and/or highly regulated industries
- Deep understanding of CFO, Controller, and finance transformation buyer needs
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, clarity, and conviction
- Strong executive presence with comfort pushing strategy, priorities, and decisions
- Track record of driving high-impact product launches that move pipeline and revenue
- Operate as a visible leader who influences at the executive level and earns trust across teams
- Set expectations for ownership, accountability, and outcomes – not activity
- Ownership mindset with bias toward action and measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to lead, scale, and develop high-performing Product Marketing teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while raising the bar
- Bachelor's degree required
- Certification in Pragmatic Marketing and experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
