About this role
DataAnnotation is looking for a Software Engineer- Design Systems to join their team to train AI models. The role involves measuring the progress of AI chatbots, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to improve model quality.
Responsibilities:
- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Requirements:
- Proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift)
- Ability to solve coding problems (think LeetCode, HackerRank, etc)
- Ability to explain how your solution solves the problem
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
