SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer

American Unit, Inc is seeking a SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer to provide configuration and support for the SAP ECC HR module. The role involves optimizing HR processes, conducting system testing, and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.

Responsibilities:

• SAP ECC HR module configuration and support (SCEIS environment)
• Workflow optimization and automation of HR processes
• System testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
• Data validation and reporting (SAP tools, Excel, Power BI)
• Role-based access configuration (RBAC)
• Compliance support (HIPAA, FLSA, NIST, FISMA)

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Experience with SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules, including system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to optimize SAP HR system workflows to support automation and reduce manual processes
• 3+ Years of Experience with State HR/Payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks
• 3+ Years of Experience in data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution across HR systems
• 3+ Years of Experience in Advanced reporting and dashboard development using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI
• 3+ Years of Experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaborative tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• 3+ Years of Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and position-driven system access configuration
• Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-53, FISMA, and SC infosec policies
• Experience with IT Implementation Projects
