Storyblok is a headless CMS company that empowers marketers and developers to create structured and consistent content across various platforms. They are looking for a motivated Territory Customer Success Manager to support customers throughout their journey, ensuring a positive experience and contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on building relationships, understanding their needs, and driving account growth
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience
- Assist customers with basic platform usage questions and troubleshoot minor technical issues with guidance from the technical team
- Relay customer feedback to the relevant teams to help identify areas for product improvement
- Support the Customer Success Team with administrative and operational tasks, such as maintaining customer records and preparing reports
- Develop and Participate in Customer Success projects and initiatives to improve processes or tactics, and customer engagement
Requirements:
- Good understanding of customer success principles and a willingness to learn
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- 2-3 years of experience; training will be provided
