NextGenPros Inc is seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and optimize intelligent AI agents and workflows using Azure Foundry and the Azure AI ecosystem. The role focuses on creating LLM-powered pipelines for data ingestion, taxonomy normalization, content generation, and search orchestration, leveraging Azure services to deliver scalable, reliable, and enterprise-ready AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement multi-agent AI workflows using Microsoft Agent Framework and Azure Foundry
- Develop orchestration, tool-calling, and task automation strategies for AI agents
- Build AI pipelines integrating with backend services using Azure Functions + Function App
- Design prompts, evaluation frameworks, and confidence scoring mechanisms for LLM workflows
- Integrate AI agents with storage and processing systems, including:
- Document extraction with Azure AI Document Intelligence
- API transaction storage in PostgreSQL
- Agent state management in Cosmos DB
- Object storage in Azure Blob Storage
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows using Azure AI Search
- Optimize AI pipelines and agent workflows for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Implement memory, context handling, and safety guardrails across agent systems
- Collaborate with frontend teams using Next.js hosted on Azure Web Services to deliver end-to-end solutions
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of AI/ML development experience
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent-based AI systems
- Strong experience with Azure Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Search
- Knowledge of RAG workflows, semantic search, and AI orchestration patterns
- Experience building AI agents with memory and context management in Cosmos DB
- Proficiency in Python and AI/ML pipeline development
- Experience integrating backend APIs with Azure Functions + Function App
- Experience with AI evaluation, benchmarking, and model testing
- Knowledge of AI safety, governance, and enterprise compliance
- Familiarity with scalable multi-agent architectures within the Azure ecosystem
